Snakes are on a plane

Most people would think that films such as “Snakes on a Plane” made in 2006 are total fiction and could not possibly ever happen, if you believe that then you could be wrong as passengers on an internal flight in Australia found out recently.

It happened on a Quantas flight from Alice Springs to Melbourne when a box containing twelve Stimsons pythons was loaded into the hold.

Apparently, this happens all of the time and ordinarily nothing would have been thought of it, except for the fact that four of the snakes escaped and as staff could not find them, the plane, which was already on the ground, was removed from service.

It just goes to show how fiction can often be repeated in real life.
