Sleeping is good for you
There are many myths concerning sleep, but how much sleep you get and when you get your forty winks can have some major effects on the way that you perform during the day. It all depends on your own body clock which if you are to get the most out of what you have then it is important that you get enough sleep.
The reason below will show that by having that little lie in every now and then can help you get through the day in the best possible way.
Depending on your chronotype, you may be a Night Owl living in a Morning Lark’s world
Most people need more than 8 hours of sleep
Sleep consistency is important; the time you wake up is not (unless you must get up for work)
Sleeping in can improve your long-term memory retention, memory organization, and learning
Sleeping in allows you to catch up on sleep debt
Of course being an early riser, does not mean that you are not going to be productive, you just need to find out what type of sleeper you are.
