What it takes to keep fit
Whatever you are doing with your life, work, and relaxation or play it is essential that you are motivated in whatever you are choosing to do, and the unrelenting urge for self improvement means that you would need to be a selfish person determined to achieve the goals that you have set for yourself.
So what would you need to do to get to where you want to?
Here are some ideas to help you on the way:
Consistency
Progression
Eating
Resting
Reflection
Desire
Motivation
