Healthy eating plan
With so many diets and health plans around it is hard to decide which one will suit your lifestyle, in fact as it turns out it is probably safe to say that none will fit your daily routine exactly and this could be the reason why many diets fail.
However instead of dieting and getting frustrated, it may be time to look at what and how you eat, this could be the main thing that is holding you back. A healthy eating plan is not a diet it is a conscious change of lifestyle which will change the way that you feel and turn you into a healthier, fitter person.
Try these for a start:
Eat fruits for snacks
Drink water instead of soda
Eat whole grain bread
Add fresh veggies to dinner
Cut out red meat
Make pizza instead of ordering
Nuts instead of crisps
Soymilk instead of whole milk
Whole grain cereal
Berries instead of candy
Scrambled tofu instead of fried eggs
Try some great veggie dinners
